Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to TipToe Jordans ("TipToe Jordans", "we", "our", or "us"). TipToe Jordans is an independent developer business operated by Aimee Zhang (sole proprietor). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services (collectively, the "Service") located at tiptoeinginmyjordans.store.

Fan-made notice. TipToe Jordans is a fan-made tool inspired by the "tip toeing in my Jordans" internet meme. We are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the original video's creators, TikTok, Nike, Inc., or Jordan Brand. All trademarks and meme references belong to their respective owners.

2. The Service

TipToe Jordans generates short AI videos from photos you upload: one photo of the main dancer (required) and optionally a second photo of a supporting character (the observer). You choose a render quality — Standard (480p, 1 credit) or HD (720p, 2 credits) — and the Service renders a 12-second vertical (9:16) video. Every order delivers two files: a version with AI-generated original instrumental music and a silent version.

Videos are generated with third-party AI video generation models — currently ByteDance's Seedance family, accessed through the kie.ai API. Their use is disclosed here and in our Privacy Policy.

3. Accounts

The Service requires signing in with Google (Google OAuth). You are responsible for safeguarding your Google account and for any activity that happens through it. Sign-in gives us your Google name, email address, and profile picture, used solely to identify your account and deliver your videos.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to create or share content that:

• depicts real people who have not consented to appear, including real celebrities
• depicts minors or children
• is illegal, hateful, harassing, defamatory, sexual, or violent
• impersonates anyone or misleads viewers about what is real
• infringes intellectual-property rights, including Nike/Jordan Brand trademarks used to imply endorsement

Every upload and generation request passes automated content-safety screening — including systems operated by our upstream generation provider — before a video is produced. Content in the categories above (including photos of children and real celebrities) is refused, no video is generated, and any credits reserved for the job are automatically returned. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5. User Content & Ownership

You keep all rights to the photos you upload. You own the videos you generate and may use them for any lawful purpose, including posting to social media — provided your use complies with Section 4. This license covers the generated video itself; it does not grant rights over the TipToe Jordans brand, the underlying AI models, or third-party content appearing in your input photos.

6. AI-Generated Output

All visuals and audio are AI-generated. Output quality varies; renders may contain artifacts. An unwanted look in a completed render is not a failed task — generating another take uses credits (see Section 8). Report outputs that violate these Terms via the contact in Section 13.

7. Payments; Credits

The Service sells one-time credit packs — there is no subscription and no free tier. Prices in USD: Standard $5.99 (1 credit), HD $8.99 (2 credits), Trio $19.90 (4 credits). One credit renders one Standard video; two credits render one HD video. Credits never expire.

Payments are processed by our payment processor, Waffo Pancake. Card data is handled by Waffo Pancake and never stored on our servers. Your card statement will show a descriptor referring to Waffo Pancake / TipToe Jordans.

8. Credits, Refunds & Failed Renders

• Credits are deducted when your render job is submitted to the video provider.
• If a render fails, the credits for that job are automatically refunded to your balance — no action needed.
• A submission rejected before rendering is never charged.
• A completed render you do not like is not a failure: generating another take uses credits. Completed renders are not refundable.
• Unused credits: you may request a refund of a pack within 7 days of purchase provided none of its credits were used. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. See our Refund Policy for the full process.

Our Refund Policy (tiptoeinginmyjordans.store/refund) is part of these Terms and matches this section word for word.

9. Privacy; Photo Handling

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at tiptoeinginmyjordans.store/privacy. Uploaded photos are used only to render your video, are deleted from the render provider within 24 hours, and are never stored on our servers.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are the property of TipToe Jordans and its licensors. "Tip toeing in my Jordans", Nike, Jordan Brand, and all related marks belong to their respective owners; nothing in the Service implies endorsement by them.

11. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TipToe Jordans shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms; the version and effective date at the top will change. Material changes will be highlighted on the site. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
