1. Introduction & Data Controller

TipToe Jordans ("TipToe Jordans", "we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit tiptoeinginmyjordans.store and use our AI video generation service.

Data controller. The controller of your personal information is TipToe Jordans — an independent developer business operated by Aimee Zhang (sole proprietor). Contact: privacy@tiptoeinginmyjordans.store. A postal address is available on request via the same email. We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer (not required for our scale).

2. Information We Collect

Account data. When you sign in with Google, we receive your Google name, email address, and profile picture. We do not receive your Google password.
Uploaded photos. The photos you upload to generate a video (dancer, and optionally the supporting character).
Generation data. Your render settings, job status, and the generated videos, kept in your account so you can re-download them.
Payment data. Payments are processed by Waffo Pancake. We receive your email, the order ID, the pack purchased, and the payment status. Card numbers are handled by Waffo Pancake and never reach our servers.
Analytics data. Pages viewed and product events (e.g. checkout opened, video generated), collected via Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity, and Plausible.
Server logs. Standard request logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) for security and debugging.

3. Photo Lifecycle (Important)

Your uploaded photos are used only to render your video. They are deleted from the render provider (kie.ai) within 24 hours and are never stored on our servers. Only the generated videos are kept, in your account, so you can re-download them.

4. How We Use Information

to identify your account and deliver your videos
to render videos from your photos (via the video generation provider)
to process payments and grants of credits (via Waffo Pancake)
to send transactional email (purchase confirmations; via our email provider)
to measure the product funnel and improve the site (analytics)
to detect abuse and enforce our Terms of Service

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your photos to train AI models.

5. Who We Share Data With

kie.ai — receives your uploaded photos to render videos (deleted within 24 hours)
Waffo Pancake — payment processing
Google — sign-in (OAuth) and analytics (GA4)
Microsoft Clarity / Plausible — product analytics
Hosting, storage & email providers — site hosting; Cloudflare R2 storage keeps your generated videos available for re-download (never your uploaded photos); transactional email

6. Retention

Account data is kept while your account exists. Generated videos are kept in your account until you delete them. Uploaded photos are deleted within 24 hours (Section 3). Payment records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. Server logs are kept for up to 90 days.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict processing, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Email privacy@tiptoeinginmyjordans.store to exercise any of them — we respond within 30 calendar days. You may also withdraw consent at any time.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children. We do not allow accounts under the age required by your local law (13 in the US; 16 in parts of the EU), and uploads depicting minors are refused automatically.

9. Security & International Transfers

Data is transmitted over TLS and access is restricted to what is needed to run the Service. Our providers (including the video provider and payment processor) may process data in the United States and other countries; transfers rely on the providers' standard contractual safeguards.

10. Changes & Contact
